With Adobe Fireworks you can create animated GIF with easy steps:
- Go to File > Open
- Select the files.
- Check the Open as animation option.

- You can test the animation with the animation control, by clicking the Play/Stop button. By default the animation is so fast, 7/100 seconds!

- To change it, go to Frames tab in Frames panel.
- Double click on the number and modify it, it’s the frame delay control.

- Check again the animation in animation control.
- To save it, go to File > Export Wizard… > Continue > Continue
- Modify the settings you want. See the info in the picture below.

- Click Export…
- Choose file location.
- Save.
